Formerly known as M Ong Company, company was founded in 1993. It started as a one person home based company. In year 1998, the company started its official office with 5 employees.

In 2016, M Ong Company did a company restructuring and was renamed as M Ong Pte Ltd, and to keep pace with the fast changing environment, new management team has been recruited.
